Privacy notice
Last updated: 21 September 2026. This notice explains what we collect on this website and why. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
White Office is a business being set up by its founders in Bengaluru, India. The entity that will operate it is being formed, and its name and registered address will be added here when it is. Until then the founders decide how the personal data collected here is used. You can reach us at hello@whiteoffice.in.
What we collect
- What you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, company website, email, phone number, area, move-in timing, seats needed, the services you ask about and your message.
- The page address you sent the form from. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to run the contract. We rely on the consent you give when you press "Send enquiry".
Who sees it
Our own team, and the partners needed to answer you, such as the broker or build firm for your floor. The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become contracts are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@whiteoffice.in. If we do not resolve your concern, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to hello@whiteoffice.in with "Privacy" in the subject line. A person on our team will reply within 30 days.
